Outstanding 5 bedroom 3 bathroom villa with its own private pool situated in the award winning Southern Dunes Golf community.

Southern Haven Villa has been decorated and furnished to a high standard. The large family room has a high vaulted ceiling that draws light in to the villa. The large comfortable sofas are a great place to relax after a long day in the parks. There is ample dining space with a formal dining area with solid wood table and chairs or for those lighter meals a breakfast nook with views through the sliding doors out on to the pool deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances that you would expect in a modern home.

The Master bedroom has a queen sized bed and its own bathroom with corner bath and a walk in shower. There are two further full (double) size bedrooms and two twin bedrooms.

Chill out in the freeform pool or relax on one of the loungers and take in the Florida sunshine. The covered lanai gives some shade on the pool deck and has table and chairs to enjoy a cool drink or maybe alfresco dining. Pool heating is available at an extra cost. Please enquire at the time of booking.

The villa has a games room with a pool table. Keep in touch with free internet access and free local calling. The laundry room has a washer and dryer to take care of those wet swimming clothes.

Southern Dunes is home to one of the best golf courses in Florida. Southern Dunes 18 hole golf course is rated 4.5 stars and is open to the public year round. Even if you are not a golfer you will quickly appreciate the beauty of this exceptionally maintained community. The golf course also has an excellent clubhouse restaurant which is open throughout the day for lunches and on Sunday has a very good brunch. Southern Dunes boasts three community pools, clubhouse gym, tennis courts and children�s play area.

Southern Dunes is located just off Hwy 27 in Haines City and is conveniently situated close to a large Wal Mart Supercenter and Winn Dixie supermarkets. There is a wide selection of restaurants and takeaways close by. Just six miles away is the new Posner Park shopping area with JC Penny, Target, Best Buy, Staples, Michaels, Dicks Sporting Goods and many more. Southern Dunes is located around 20 minutes to the Disney World parks and the closest of all communities to the new Legoland park which is a short 15 minute drive to the south
