The villa overlooks a natural lake and is south facing, ensuring all visitors will get the most of the glorious Florida sunshine all the year round. This home is located less than 2 minutes away from the Champions Gate Golf Complex with two international standard courses designed by Greg Norman.

On the upper floor is the master bedroom which has a king size bed, 2 walk in wardrobes for ample clothes storage and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor there are two sitting rooms, a dining area and breakfast area, all furnished to an exceptional high standard.
