A 4 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom pool home with spa situated on the sub-division of West Haven in Davenport. This luxury villa has a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom with its own pool and spa. The villa is fully air conditioned, and has cable TV, DVD player, Wii Console, Telephone and Free Wireless Internet. This makes it a real home away from home with all the conveniences. The family and master bedroom look out onto the pool. Family room has a double sofa bed, and accomodations are great for multiple families vacationing together! The kitchen is fully equipped with full size oven, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal and fridge freezer. Separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are also included. The villa sleep’s up to 10 people. The master bedroom has en-suite, king size bed, walk-in closet, cable TV with DVD player, radio alarm clock and hairdryer. The en-suite bath consists of large walk in shower, corner bath, his and hers hand-basins and private toilet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, cable tv with DVD player, and a full bathroom. Third and fourth bedrooms are twin bedrooms with cable TV and one bedroom includes a DVD player. They share a full bathroom which is situated between the bedrooms. For the younger guests we offer free use of a travel cot/pack n play, high chair and stroller. All bed linen and towels are provided guests. Patio doors lead from the master bedroom and family room to fully screened pool deck with spa and heated pool. There is a safety screen around the pool and the patio doors are alarmed so it is safe for children. There are pool loungers, table, chairs and reclining chairs on the pool deck. The pool can be heated in the cooler months for an additional fee.
