Welcome to our beautiful 5 bed/3 bath private villa with its own pool and sundeck overlooking a rural woodland conservation area.

Our home features a Games Room with a pool table, air hockey, foosball and darts board. We hope that this will add to the enjoyment of your stay with us.

A high speed WiFi connection is available - just bring your own laptop to stay in touch with friends and family at home!

The property comprises two master bedrooms, with US queen size beds, each with their own en-suite facilities and cable T.V. The third bedroom features a full/double bed, walk in closet and cable TV. The remaining two bedrooms contain twin beds. These rooms have been themed to provide an additional excitement for the youngsters in your party. One room is now a Disney Princess/Butterfly room; the other is a Lightning McQueen/Cars room. Each rooms has a cable TV. There is a large third family bathroom. All rooms provide plenty of space for your belongings, and are decorated in a light Floridian style. All linens and towels (including extra pool towels) are provided. A complimentary cot and high chair are available on request.

The living area provides a place for you to relax in comfort and is where you will find a cable TV, VCR and DVD player. Patio doors lead directly out to the pool and sundeck.

The formal dining area has a table that seats six in comfort. Further seating is available in the kitchen nook which has a table that also seats six.

As you would expect the kitchen is fully fitted, from the large refrigerator with ice maker to the dishwasher to a bottle opener, and includes everything that we think you could possibly need during your stay with us.

The pool area and sundeck overlook a beautiful woodland conservation area. If you are lucky, you can watch the early morning hot air balloon rides rising over the trees or maybe catch a family of wild turkeys going for their morning walk! The cushioned patio furniture (including sun-loungers) allows you to relax in comfort after a busy day out. A covered lanai, with ceiling fan, provides shade if required, and to help you further enjoy the outdoor lifestyle, we include a complimentary gas BBQ.

RTC5301 is located in the "Reserve at Town Center" community which is a gated, secure, development in Davenport, Orlando. Although only minutes from Disney, it provides a wonderful haven from the excitement of the Orlando theme parks.

There are numerous golf courses within a 30 minute drive of the villa which will suit golfers at all levels of competence. "Town Center" is just a 3 minute drive from the new Reunion Golf Resort and is 5 minutes from the 36 hole "Champions Gate" golf courses designed by Greg Norman.

There is a major supermarket only 2 minutes drive from the villa together with a multitude of small, good quality, family restaurants, plus all the national chain and world renown restaurants to be found the length of Highway 192.

So whatever your plans are during your visit to the Sunshine State, be it theme parks, shopping, relaxing by your own pool, seeing where man first travelled to the moon, sunning yourself on a white sandy beach or playing 18 holes of championship golf, "Town Center" is the ideal location, and "Villa Bonaire" the perfect "home away from home"!
