Our Floridian home is located in the small and peaceful subdivision of Royal Palms in Davenport approximately 15 minutes from the Disney theme parks and just minutes to golfing and many other activities.
Our home boasts a beautiful west-facing caged pool (optional pool heating) with 2 waterfalls and large covered lanai for your outdoor dining and relaxation.
The proximity to local attractions makes it a perfect location for your vacationing pleasure.
The nautical theme in the home will entice you to visit the Gulf Coast beaches which are about 45 minutes away.
After a long day at the theme parks, wouldn't it be nice to take a leisurely dip in the pool before doing it all over again the next day.
A private management company where you will register and obtain your keys is available to assist you should the need arise.
The first of the 3 bedrooms consists of a queen master en suite with direct entrance to the pool from both the master bedroom and bathroom. The master bath has both a large soaking tub as well as a walk-in shower.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bath with a tub/shower combo and are comprised of a full size bedroom and a set of twin beds. There is a sofa bed in the large living room area that will accommodate 2 more guests.
The home has been maintained to the highest standards for your vacationing comfort with the little details being attended to. All linens and towels are supplied. The full kitchen is equipped with everything from a microwave to small utensils. Save time and money by eating breakfast at home and then head to the theme parks.

• Covid 19 / Coronavirus: A cancellation within the last 30 days prior to arrival is possible, if the US government suspends travel from your country / state to Florida. Cancellation fees will be applied.
• Covid 19 / Coronavirus - Cancellation fees: 10 % of the total amount will be retained as cancellation costs. Credit card fees cannot be refunded.
