The bright open plan living area is a comfortable and relaxing space with colorful seating. There is a HD television with cable services high speed Wi-Fi is also included.

The space leads out to the south facing deck where you can enjoy a glass of wine overlooking the sunny, private green area with no other homes to the rear. The contemporary kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and plenty of equipment and utensils for cooking. As well as breakfast bar seating, there is a formal dining area for enjoying meals.

The master bedroom upstairs boats a king-size bed with luxury deep mattress, walk-in-wardrobe and ensuite including double sinks plus shower/bathtub. There are two twin bedrooms which share a full bathroom. One twin features marvel characters and Harry Potter, the other twin features Disney princesses and Minnie Mouse. There is a further queen bedroom downstairs which is easily accessible without stairs, and has a connected bathroom with walk-in shower. All bedrooms have televisions and high quality linens.

A washer and dryer is available in the home for guest use.

The Regal Palms Resort is a spectacular gated community boasting a family-friendly water park with its own lazy river and water slides, a sand volleyball court, games arcade, plus a high class fitness center. Need to relax? The spa is just the place to unwind after a day at the parks! Or why not sit with a cool drink and watch the sun go down at the Tiki Bar?
