Property Description This yellow, single-storey villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and will sleep up to 8 people. Located in the quiet community of Orange Tree, it is just a short 15-minute drive to Walt Disney World and just 1 mile to shopping and restaurants. The living room has a brown sofa and arm chair with ottoman. It has a large TV, making this the perfect place to sit back, relax, and watch some TV after a long day out at the parks. If you get hungry, you’ll find everything you need to whip up a meal in the fully-equipped kitchen. When it’s time to eat, you can do so at the dining table, which has seating for up to 6. Did someone say swimming pool and games room? There is a games room in the converted garage where you’re bound to spend countless hours. It has a pool table and air hockey table. Outside, there is a large swimming pool, sun loungers for sunbathing, and a table and 6 patio chairs under the covered lanai. There are four bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom, and it has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 and 3 have a queen-size bed, and bedroom 4 has two single beds, which are great for the younger members of the family.
