This two storey, four bedroom, three bathroom welcoming home is well presented with a larger than average pool deck and spa for you to relax in after those long days at the parks.
The ground floor bedroom has a queen bed and conveniently situated bathroom next to it.
The master bedroom and two twin bedded rooms are situated on the first floor. The master bedroom has an area to put your feet up and read that book you promised yourself or chill out in front of the flat screen tv. One twin room has a tv in it, the other a playstation 3 with console.
A family bathroom is also on this floor.
Whether it is a formal dining area or a breakfast nook overlooking the pool area this home has both - the choice is yours!
The home has the convenience of wi-fi internet and free local, long distance and international calls to over 60 countries.
If your feeling competative you have the choice of air hockey, foosball or the basketball challenge located in the games room.

Oak Island Cove is one of the closest residential areas to the magical world of Disney - only a 7 minute drive to where Mickey and the Gang hangout. It is situated on the western side of Highway 192, turning into Formosa Gardens Boulevard at marker 5. It is approx. half a mile to the local shopping plaza, where you will find a supermarket, numerous good quality restaurants, and medical centre

The villa is so close to Disney you will be able to return to it during a tiring day at the parks to freshen up and relax a little or have a swim before going back for the evening activities.

• 25% (minimum $300.00) deposit required to secure booking. Deposit non-refundable if you cancel.
• The total amount has to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
• Failure to pay the balance by the due date will render the booking void with loss of deposit.
• Security deposit is required no later then 1 week before arrival.
• Check in 4 p.m. Check out 10 a.m. Early check ins or late check outs require prior approval.
• Cancellation charges: More than 8 weeks before arrival: deposit only, 8 weeks or less: Full amount.
