Property Description Calling all couples wanting to be close to the beach: This 1- bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is just a short walk (.3 miles or a 7-minute walk) to the closet beach. It is on the second floor, accessible by elevator. As you walk through the front door, you’ll immediately step into the kitchen. The kitchen is L-shaped, has modern appliances, comes fully equipped, and has a breakfast nook/dining area with seating for two. Just off the kitchen is the living room. It has a large white sofa, a white recliner, and a patio door, which lets in plenty of natural light and opens onto the screened-in, covered porch. There is one bedroom, the master bedroom. It is open plan and is just off the living room. It has a queen-size bed. Community Description The Bonita Beach & Tennis Club has two heated pools and a full-service restaurant, ten Har-Tru tennis courts and plenty of other outdoor recreation. Walk across the street to Doc's Beach House for great food, recreation, and beach rentals. Easy beach access with a simple walk across the street! If you're looking to work on your tan, feel free to walk downstairs and sit out by the pool or enjoy the beautiful white sand of the beach across the street.
