This luxurious villa is situated at Lake Berkley Resort. Ideally located, just 10 minutes from Disney. Lake Berkley Resort is a private gated enclave of homes surrounding their own private clubhouse and recreational amenities. These consist of a private 13-acre lake with observation and fishing deck, swimming pool, volleyball & tennis courts and a beach. An ideal spot to relax and let the kids play. While maybe mum & dad cook lunch on the lakeside barbecue facilities. Three suites to relax on while enjoying all your home comforts comprising of 60" Cable TV & DVD player (a large selection of children & adults videos), numerous board games to play, or just relax and enjoy the view of the swimming pool overlooking the large nature pond. 2 Master suites one with a King size bed & TV the second with a Queen size bed & TV, 3rd bedroom has a King size bed, with TV, 4th bedroom Queen Size bed & TV and 5th & 6th bedrooms have Twin beds one being a Disney Theme and both have TV'S also FREE land line calls to the UK, USA & Canada! Games room with a 60" TV, Pool Table, Air hockey, Foosball table and PS2 with Games, Pool & Hot Tub. Fully equipped with everything you will need and more. i.e. Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Fridge (with instant cold drinking water & ice making machine), dishwasher, crockery, cutlery. Double sink with waste disposal. Breakfast table in nook and much more!! Automatic washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Bedrooms 1.
