Pool Area A private, screened and heated swimming pool over looks the peaceful lake! Whether you choose to relax around the pool or to take a well deserved dip after a day at the parks, the tranquil surroundings will allow you to unwind, relax and have fun. The large pool deck with sun loungers, table with parasol provide ample seating and shaded dining to enjoy the Florida sunshine! And the Southwest facing pool ensures that you can enjoy the Florida sunshine until the end of the day and view the marvellous sunset over the lake! Spacious and cool, the comfortable family lounge and dining area, at the front of the house, welcomes you into the open plan living areas. Leading to the central kitchen area and additional breakfast table, the open plan kitchen has a new large fridge/ freezer, ample storage, a larder, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and coffee machine with the provision of cutlery and dinnerware for your convenience. Fully carpeted, airconditioned games room featuring - 8ft slate pool table, 43" HDTV & cable, Xbox 360 & Kinect plus games! The kitchen overlooks the rear lounge area and the fantastic view to the pool and serene lake! Here you can open the sliding glazed doors straight onto the pool deck. These doors and the pool bath door are both fully alarmed for child safety! In the rear lounge you will find a 51" Samsung HDTV with 300 channel cable which is also include in 3 other bedrooms. There is a DVD player for your entertainement aswell as free wi-fi access for your laptops or cell phones throughout the villa!. There are also books and board games for your use throughout your vacation, with a CD player in the family lounge. Bedrooms With four bedrooms our villa can easily accomodate 8 people and an extra 2 on our cosy sofa bed in the family lounge area! Each bedroom has ample towels for the bathroom and additional pool towels can be found in the master bedroom closet for you use. The large master bedroom with Kingsize bed has a TV, ample storage and a large ensuite bathroom with corner bath, seperate shower and WC. The large walk in closet has ample space for all of your cases aswell as your vacation wardrobe! The second double bedroom, with Queen size bed, also has a TV built in closet and and an adjoining ensuite bathroom with a neat shower/ bath, WC and washbasin. Both of the twin rooms are spacious enough to accomodate children or adults and are decorated to suit all ages.The rear bathroom is shared by the 2 twin rooms, which also leads directly onto the pool deck. Dining Area and kitchen facilities: With a formal Dining table to sit 6 people in the family lounge and an additional breakfast table seating 4, there is dining space for all! All cutlery, dinner ware, glasses, cookery equipment and pans are supplied to cater for up to 10 people, with a large dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven hob and microwave to make cooking and storage on your vacation a breeze! Lake Berkley Lake Berkley is a secure gated community with a great central location in Kissimmee just off the 192 and tucked away from the main stream of traffic. With easy access to Disney, Universal and Seaworld our villa is a great base to explore and enjoy all of the Orlando attractions! The community has stocked lakes, play areas, club house with an additional pool area aswell as basketball and tennis courts: a community to suit all ages for either relaxation or lots of fun!
