Choose this beautiful Florida vacation home, in the Kissimmee area, to have your next vacation. Our luxury villa with south facing pool and very large pool deck is on the quiet community of Indian Ridge Oaks. We have a commercial quality table football (foosball) in the garage! It is very close to highway 192 with its many restaurants and shops. Location: Indian Ridge Oaks is one of the closest developments to Disney. It takes 8 minutes to drive to the entrance to Animal Kingdom so is ideal for coming home to relax at midday. It is less than 4 minutes drive from the 192 and its good selection of restaurants. Accommodation Our home has 4 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 2 with twins. One of the bathrooms is ensuite to the master bedroom. This has a door out to the pool deck so there is no need to drip through the house to get changed after swimming. The pool is south facing with a massive sun deck so gets the sun all day long. There is a covered patio area to be able to sit out of the direct sunlight. Padded patio furniture is provided. A fence has been put round the property for added privacy.For entertainment there is a large football table in the garage! We have a 50 inch plasma HDTV with Roku streaming. There are TVs in 3 of the bedrooms. There is also a Playstation2. We have high speed internet access which is wired and wireless (bring your own computer) and free phone calls to US and Canada. The community has a large swimming pool, tennis court and children's playground which are free for guests to use. We provide tennis racquets and balls. The screened pool, with privacy fence, is South facing with a massive sun deck that is sunny all day long. Shade is provided by a covered patio area. Superior padded patio furniture (2 Sun loungers 4 chairs 2 of which recline and have ottomans) is provided for your comfort. Our stand alone hot tub Jacuzzi is ideal for relaxing in on your return from the parks. It has 18 jets including some developed specifically for arthritis sufferers. It will comfortably hold 6 adults and has a lounger seat. The spa is heated independently from the pool.
