This four bedroom, three bathroom home is waiting to be booked up. It has been furnished to a really high standard and is located on a very popular sub division which provides a quiet and tranquil setting, but only minutes from the Disney Parks. The house offers guests everything they need to make their stay one to remember.

Entering the house the foyer is tiled and to the right there is an eat in kitchen. This area allows the light to flood in with a bay window where the table and chairs are situated and is a very sociable and spacious area, one you may find you will spend a lot of time in. To the left of the entrance is the main part of the house. All the house is laid to carpet and the formal dining space houses a large table for formal meals. The main room has a three piece suite that allows all to be able to view the TV. There is a DVD player in the main room also to allow you to enjoy movies or listen to music. The main room has french doors out to the lanai and pool.
To the back left of the house is the master bedroom. This has a sliding patio door to the lanai and pool area. It has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with corner bath, separate shower and double sinks. It also has a TV. The back right of the house has bedrooms three and four. These are both twin rooms and share a bathroom which is located between them. There is an archway leading to this part of the house from the main room and there is also a door leading to the lanai and pool in this alcove.
The other bedroom, bedroom two has a queen-size bed, it also benefits from an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom is opposite the formal dining area.

Outside the covered lanai is in the middle of the house so makes for a sheltered area that is led to from all parts of the house. With it’s west facing outlook the evening sun makes it a pleasant place to relax after a long hard day at the parks or shops. The pool is a good size to cool off in and there is also a spa which you can relax in.

There is a two car garage which can be accessed from inside the house by the door opposite the front entrance door. This is also where the laundry is and also a table tennis table for your enjoyment.

The sub division has a tennis court, children’s play areas and a soccer pitch for use by all guests. Being situated on the Formosa Gardens area it is one of the closest sub-divisions to the Disney Parks and is conveniently located to access all the other theme parks and entertainment venues and is close to a number of shops and restaurants.
