The community is a tranquil oasis in which to relax by your private heated pool after an exciting day out visiting the many theme parks or shopping for bargains in the many stores and outlets. The community includes children’s play area, tennis courts, football pitch, putting green and jogging path. Our villa is fitted with a monitored Alarm system for your convenience.

The villa is luxuriously furnished and is equipped to a high standard offering everything you need for a wonderful vacation. There are a total of 5 televisions, one in the lounge area and one in each of the 4 bedrooms all having access to multi-channel cable television. The main living areas have soaring vaulted cathedral ceilings which coupled with a full air conditioning system keeps the villa cool even in the height of summer. The lounge area has floor to ceiling windows which provide access to the covered lanai and large screened sun deck with heated swimming pool all backed by palm trees. This is the perfect place to spend a relaxing day soaking up the warm Florida sunshine.

The accommodation consists of large lounge area beautifully furnished with both 3 seater and 2 seater sofas and chair, coffee table and occasional tables and large cable television and video. One of the sofas provides a queen size bed settee. The room is exceptionally bright and relaxing with 2 skylights in the roof allowing the sunshine to stream into the very heart of the room, making it exceptionally inviting.. Adjacent to the lounge is a separate formal dining area which provides the perfect setting for that special meal.

The kitchen is beautifully appointed with solid wood cabinets, pantry, large cooker, built in microwave, extractor, automatic dishwasher, large fridge with separate freezer and automatic icemaker and waste disposal unit. In addition to this there is a separate laundry room located off the entrance hall with large capacity washing machine, tumble drier, Iron and ironing board.

Adjacent to the kitchen is an additional separate dining area which is ideal for breakfast or informal meals. This room overlooks the pool area and has an additional door leading directly to the lanai and sun deck.

There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms providing 2 master suites and a further 2 bedrooms with adjacent bathroom. Bedroom 1 has the benefit of a large walk in closet and fully appointed master bathroom with his and hers vanity units with marble effect surfaces and fitted furniture providing cupboards and drawers below. There is a large oval roman style bathtub and separate double sized shower cubical. A door leads to a separate toilet and a further door provides direct access to the pool area.

Master bedroom 2 again has a built in closet and has its own bathroom with built in furniture providing cupboards and drawers and sunken washbasin. It also has its own bath, shower and toilet.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 are located at the front of the house. They each have built in closets and both have access to bathroom 3 which has vanity unit, bath, shower and toilet.

The pool area is fully screened and has a large sundeck furnished with table and chairs and sun loungers. The kidney shaped pool can be heated if required and overlooks the garden which is fenced to the rear and lined with palm trees. This is the perfect spot to soak up the Florida sunshine during the day or enjoy a relaxing drink in the evening as the sun sets behind the palm trees.
