This exclusive 6 bedroom vacation home is a golfers dream! Backs right on to the 18th fairway of Highlands Reserve golf course! And it`s not just the golfers who will love this home! The location is superb on the ever-popular Highlands Reserve golf community.
Highlands Reserve is also well located for local shops and restaurants as well as the Theme Parks and other endless attractions that Central Florida has to offer. The Disney parks are within 15 minutes, beaches within an hour and outlet shopping round every corner!
Upon entering this wonderful home you will see the complete lower level of the home has stylish, cool and hygenic ceramic tile. The upper level has wood flooring throughout.
Just inside the front door to your left, you will find the study/reading room for some quiet relaxation on the comfortable sofas or set up your laptop on the desk area to keep in touch with work and friends.
The villa has free wireless high-speed internet connection throughout. There is a phone in the villa that you can use to call local and long distance within the USA.
The open plan, modern family room has a wall mounted flat screen 50-inch tv, dvd player, comfortable sofas tables and lamps.
There are 2 dining areas in the home with a total seating capacity of 10, not including 4 additional breakfast bar stools and of course an outdoor patio table and chairs.
The full size and fully equipped family kitchen has all the appliances you will need to prepare full family meals or snacks. Dishwasher, waste disposal, fridge with ice maker, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, blender etc are all supplied. There is a full size washer and dryer in the utility room plus iron and ironing board.
Also on the ground level are 2 of the 6 bedrooms. The first is a King master suite with King size bed, closet, ceiling fan, 40 inch tv, and dvd. The en suite bathroom has a large tub bath, walk in shower, sinks and wc.
The second bedroom on this level has a Queen size bed, 32 inch tv, ceiling fan, closet and drawer space. There is a further family bathroom right next to this bedroom.
For young and older ones alike there is a great game room on this level with a really cool professional pool table, card gaming table, a 53 inch tv connected to a PS2 game console.
There is also sofas and seating in the game room.
Taking us upstairs in this magical home you will find the other 4 bedrooms.
The first is a Queen master bedroom with tv/dvd player, closet and drawer space, ceiling fan and private en suite bathroom with bath, shower, sink, and wc.
Bedroom 4 is also a queen bed and has tv/dvd, ceiling fan, and storage space
Bedrooms 5 and 6 both have 2 twin (single) beds in each, tv/dvd, ceiling fans and storage space. There is a further family bathroom on this level also, giving a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms at this wonderful home!
Moving back outside where you will no doubt spend much of your time while here in sunny Florida you will find your very own private swimming pool which has the option of being heater during the cooler months. The spacious pool deck overlooks the 18th fairway of the golf course.
The pool deck is furnished with tables, chairs and sun loungers and there is a full size charcoal bar b q supplied for your family to enjoy some Al Fresco dining in our superb climate!
A section of the pool deck is covered for some respite from the sun if the going gets too hot for you! The entire pool deck area is fully enclosed with screening to help keep out the bugs etc.
Highlands Reserve, as well as having a fantastic golf course also has a clubhouse with golf shop and restaurant, community pool and tennis courts.
This amazing home really does tick all the boxes!
