The living room has tall ceilings, two large L-shaped sofas, and a large flat screen TV, which is perfect for watching all your favorite Disney movies on the night before heading out to the parks.
The kitchen has modern appliances, granite countertops, and it comes fully equipped with everything you'd need to put together your favorite home-cooked meals. And when you're done cooking, you can eat at the kitchen table or the formal dining table.
The pool area is screened-in to keep those pesky Florida bugs out. Take a dip in the refreshing, lagoon-shaped pool on those hot Florida days. And at nighttime, head to the hot tub to relax with a nice glass of wine. There are also sunbeds for those who want to work on their tan.
If you want some indoor entertainment, head to the games room in the converted garage. Here, you'll find a large screen TV, a basketball hoops game, and a pool table.
There are five bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a king-sized bed. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed. One bedroom has a single twin bed. And one bedroom has two twin/single beds, which are perfect for younger children.
Other conveniences include free Wi-Fi Internet access, optional pool heat (where available), and in-unit laundry facilities.
Community Description
Highlands Reserve is a mixed golf community that sits on SR27 and is less than 10 miles from Disney world.
The community is made up of both residential and short-term rental homes ranging from 3-6 bedrooms, the community is built and was designed around the golf course, so some homes have gorgeous golf course views.
The community also has a children's play lot, tennis courts and, of course, the golf course, practice area and small clubhouse.
The golf course itself is very well known and was designed to be tree lined and undulating it was based on some of the Scottish golf courses with spacious fairways and large but very difficult greens. When you book one of the homes to stay in on vacation you get discounts for playing the golf course.
