Our 5 bedrooms 3 bathroom villa overlooks the golf course, with a larger swimming pool, south facing, extra large decking area, in an elevated position, free WIFI and sports package on the TV. there are TV's in every bedroom.

There are two lounge areas, dining area at the side of the fully equipped kitchen, a large laundry room with full size washer and separate dryer. The TV lounge has reclining chairs, for all the comfort you could wish for, large patio doors lead from this lounge to the pool deck, which has patio table and chairs for alfresco dining, under a lanii for shade, there are many loungers by the pool side for relaxing.

  • The master bedroom with King bed, has large en-suite bathroom with twin hand basins, large corner tub and separate walk in shower.
  • A queen bedroom has a bathroom adjacent to it , this can make a second en-suite.
  • There are 3 twin bedrooms, and the third bathroom .

The magnificent positon of this villa, overlooking the fairways of the golf course, with long distant views to the conservtion beyond, The sun sets at the end of the day, viewed from the pool deck are the perfect setting after a long day at the Parks or that round of Golf .

Terms and conditions
• 25% (minimum $300.00) deposit required to secure booking. Deposit non-refundable if you cancel.
• The total amount has to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
• Failure to pay the balance by the due date will render the booking void with loss of deposit.
• Security deposit is required no later then 1 week before arrival.
• Check in 4 p.m. Check out 10 a.m. Early check ins or late check outs require prior approval.
• Cancellation charges: More than 8 weeks before arrival: deposit only, 8 weeks or less: Full amount.
• Rates subject to change without notice.
