Property Description This 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom villa is in Highgate Park at The Villages of Legacy Park and can accommodate up to 12 guests at a time – perfect for large families or for two families to share. The Villa has a bright, modern, and comfortable living room, which boasts large leather sofas and a flat screen TV with cable TV. The dining room can seat up to 6 guests at a time. The bright and modern kitchen has a great amount of space and includes 3 bar stools that sit at the high-top breakfast bar; this is the perfect spot to flip through your morning paper and enjoy a cup of coffee. The villa has one master bedroom, a queen-sized bedroom and three smaller rooms with twin beds. There are two en-suite bathrooms, and another bathroom is shared by two rooms. The bathrooms have recently been retiled. The home boasts a great outside area including a furnished covered patio and heatable swimming pool. Here, you’ll be able to dine al fresco on the patio furniture set or if you prefer to catch a few rays, there are always the sun loungers to relax on. You’ll also find entertainment in the spacious games room, where there’s a leather sofa and a full-size pool table.
