A contemporary 4 bedroom pool home with fantastic themed games room and bedrooms located within the gated resort of High Grove, just minutes from the main attractions, shops and restaurants.
The bright living area has a large sectional sofa and seating to ensure your family has plenty of space to spread out and relax. There is a smart TV and high speed internet is included.
The kitchen has everything you may need to cook a full meal, plus premium stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar. There is also a dining area with solid wood table and chairs. Or why not dine outdoors?
The paved pool deck faces South-East and boasts a good size pool as well as space for loungers and other seating to spend a full day enjoying the Florida sunshine. A pool bathroom is also a huge plus! There is a lawn area to the rear of the deck and a privacy fence with no rear neighbors. Please inquire if pool heating is desired.
The master bedroom has a kingsize bed in a generous size room with ensuite bathroom including double sinks, bathtub, walk-in shower and separate toilet.
The two themed bedrooms are sure to delight the kids. There is a Mickey room with two twin beds, and a Minions room with two full beds and single bunk. There is a further queen room offering a sophisticated retreat. A selection of unique Disney artwork is presented throughout the home.
There is hours of fun to be had in the Pac-Man themed games room - with pool table, table tennis top, X-box console and TV, Basketball shoot, and of course a Pac-Man arcade machine.
High quality towels and linens are provided as well as washer and dryer for guest use.
High Grove Resort is a popular base for vacationers due to its premium facilities and superb location close to the crossing of Highways 27 and 192. The gated community is peaceful and well cared for - the clubhouse is just a walk across the street from the home and offers a variety of guest amenities for your enjoyment. As well as the community pool and spa there is a fitness center, cyber cafe with printing facilities, pool table, free wireless hot spot and arcade room. Just across from the clubhouse is a children's playground with mini golf. An abundance of shooping and dining options are in short driving distance, including a large Walmart less than a mile away. Disney is around 25 minutes drive, Universal and Sea World to the north, and Legoland to the south, are approximately a 30 minutes drive. For the keen golfers, Highlands Reserve, Championsgate and Orange County are all nearby.
