There are many golf courses within a few miles drive of the villa. Boating, scuba-diving, salt and freshwater fishing, tennis, crazy golf, karting, ten-pin bowling, multi screen cinema and white sandy beaches are all within easy reach. There are many impressive air-conditioned shopping malls, with some of the top US department store names (Sears, J.C. Penney, Dillards and Montgomery Ward) within a short drive, such as the one million square foot mall at Port Charlotte (20 minutes by car). There are also brand name outlet malls within a short drive where excellent choice and bargains can be found. Because of the quiet residential setting of the villa you will be able to relax and recharge the batteries knowing that the attractions, night life and shops are only a short journey away. The villa backs onto woodland and is reached by a quiet road. Some of the supermarkets are open 24 hours. On rotonda itself there is a wide variety of local wildlife. Nesting eagles were also within the area.

Feb 24, 2008 Tanja Sattel	Hallo Georg, hier wie versprochen die Beurteilung beider Villen: Beide Häuser waren extrem gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Außerdem war reichlich Platz vorhanden. ENG 4301: Ein wunderbares Haus, in das wir uns richtig verliebt haben. Ruhig gelegen, sehr nah an der Golfküste. Durch große, aufschiebbare Glaswände gab es keine wirkliche Trennung von Terasse zum Wohnzimmer. Ein wirklich geräumiges und großartiges Haus mit einem sehr angenehmen Klima. Gerne jederzeit wieder!!! Vielen Dank möchten wir Euch und Eurem Team sagen für die tolle und reibungslose Abwicklung vor bzw. nach dem Urlaub und für die nette Betreuung. Englewood

Englewood is located 40 miles south of Sarasota and 50 miles north of Fort Myers, in the middle of Florida’s Suncoast, spanning Charlotte and Sarasota Counties. The tropical beaches and gentle climate create an appealing community atmosphere for an array of outdoor activities. In addition, the Englewood area offers year-round cultural events, resplendent parks and recreational facilities.

Beachcombing along the area's beaches offers a thrilling adventure. Along with shells and driftwood, prehistoric shark's teeth are buried in the sand. Manasota Key, one of several of Englewood's barrier islands, is a 14 acre stretch of beaches, dunes, sea oats, and nesting turtles!
