This wonderful villa is located in the prestigious Emerald Island Resort. It has a total of 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms which makes it perfect for larger families sharing this huge vacation home. The Villa is located on a nice quiet cul-de-sac with no neighbours directly behind it. The oversized lanai area, large pool deck and sparkling pool and spa provides plenty of space to enjoy the wonderful Florida sunshine and top up your sun tan but it does not exclude those who prefer a little shade as they can make good use of the covered lanai.

On the first floor there are two separate living areas, one quiet and more formal and the other is a large family room. There is a formal dining area and also a breakfast nook in the huge family kitchen that is equipped with all appliances and any kitchen/dinnerware needed whether you are preparing some quick snacks or a full family meal. Also on this level is a King size master bedroom and full bathroom. Finishing off this level is your very own games room, so that the fun can continue when you arrive back from a day at the many central Florida attractions.



The upper level has 4 more King sized master suites, each with private bathrooms. For additional guests or the kids we have a twin bedroom with 2 twin (single) beds and final bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds (total of 4 single beds) which share the 6th and final bathroom. All bedrooms have their own wall mounted flat screen tv's and ceiling fans to compliment the full air conditioning in the home.



Carpet has been removed from all hallways/bedrooms and replaced with environmentally friendly cork flooring. It is warm under the feet and much cleaner than carpet!



The Villa comes equipped with complimentary WIFI broadband internet connection, and for the young at heart there is a Wii game console!



The resort of Emerald Island is second to none in terms of location and free community facilities. Clubhouse, Tiki bar, Private cinema, Sundry shop, Cyber cafe (small charge) Concierge, Community pools and hot tubs, Game room, Fitness room, Nature walks, Ponds, Kiddies play areas, Sauna, etc. The list goes on! And all of this within 5 minutes of the Walt Disney theme parks and the famous US 192 HWY where all the restaurants, shopping and dining that you can handle can be found.
