EIR7516 is located in the sought after Emerald Island Resort, this home is in a 24hr gated community. This vacation villa has a big screen TV, DVD and VCR. This home also comes with 2 master king suites! The first floor master has a spacious garden tub to fill with bubbles and relax twin sinks and a large walk in shower. King size bed, dresser, tv/dvd, walk in closet, Next to the bedroom is a laundry room that leads out to the games room complete with pool table, air hockey, fitness bench, foosball table, darts and a TV.
The extended patio provides plenty of room for your party to relax in and no constant traffic as this villa sits on a cul-de-sac. Private in-ground pool and spa! Large shaded lanai area with fans and an outside shower Baby equipment provided as well, High chair, stair gate, pack n play crib, and 2 strollers all free of charge to our guests. Full eat in kitchen with all appliances. There are two living areas each with comfortable seating, tables , lamps etc and the family room has TV/DVD/VCR players. One of the sofas will convert to a double sleeper sofa for those additional guests. The elegant dining area has table and seating for 8 guests and there is additional table and chairs in the nook area overlooking the pool deck. On the upper level you will find the second master King suite with TV/DVD, chest of drawers, walk in closet. This room also has its own private bathroom with bath , shower, sink and toilet Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed, TV, built in closet, tables and lamps Bedroom 4 has a queen/full size bed TV, built in closet, chest of drawers, table and lamp Bedrooms 4,5 and 6 each have two twin (single) beds each with ample hanging and drawer storage space. Two of the bedrooms are themed one with Mickey and the other has a pirate theme, all bedrooms have there own TV There are 2 further bathrooms to help with the morning rush, each has a bath, shower, sink and toilet. Emerald Island is a beautiful resort with gorgeous landscaping and wonderful views. The clubhouse has a concierge area which provides information free of charge to guests staying at the resort. You can keep in touch with friends or family back home in the cyber cafe and the kids can enjoy themselves in the arcade. The clubhouse also features a sparkling community pool and hot tub for guests to enjoy. Alongside the pool is a Tiki bar where you can purchase drinks and food. Cleanse your body with the free steam sauna or raise your heartbeat in the fitness room! Free tennis and basketball.
