| Our luxury home has 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, a large screened heated swimming pool with jacuzzi and sleeps a max of 10. The villa, set on an acre of land has every luxury. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, en suite bathroom with a roman tub and separate shower room. There is a second master with king sized bed and en suite shower room.
Our home has 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom and sleeps a maximum of 8. It has newly installed wireless high speed internet access.
The villa, set on an acre of wooded land has every luxury.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, en suite bathroom with a roman tub and separate shower room.
The second master bedroom has a king size bed with en suite shower room.
There is a spacious family room, a formal dining room and a 2,264 sq foot living area.
Doral Woods tennis court and communal pool is at your disposal at no charge. Doral Woods is 10 minutes south of highway 192, the main street of Kissimmee, and 20 minutes to the main gates of Disney.
The property is a detached privately owned luxury villa, with a large floodlit screened heated swimming pool (16 x 32) and jacuzzi.
All on 1 acre of wooded land. Sleeps 10. Comprises of 4 bedrooms: - huge master bedroom has a king-size bed, bathroom with a roman tub and a separate shower room, twin vanity, bidet, 2 walk in closets, color tv/vcr. and private door to the pool area. 2nd master suite w/ full bath. Queen bed Color tv/vcr. . 3rd. and 4th. bedrooms have 2 single beds and a double bed respectively. Both with color tv/vcr. Third full bathroom has pool access. Also available is a baby cot and highchair (no charge). A spacious family room and adjoining nook area, with lovely glass wall overlooking patio and pool area, TV/DVD/VCR + cable, Hi-fi CD music centre, some videos provided for the kids.
A fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, oven, microwave and refrigerator w/icemaker, and adjoining dining area. A double garage and a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. The living area is 2264 sq.ft. air condition-heating facilities throughout.
Telephone (all local calls are free). long distance calls by credit card or reverse charge. Fully burglar alarmed, with panic buttons directly connected to the sheriff’s office, fire station and local hospital.
A deluxe furniture, floral package and ceiling fan in every room. All windows, porch and pool area are screened. Pool/Jacuzzi is paved in a non slip cool deck material. For the safety of young children, a special lock is attached to all doors to the pool area which is alarmed at all times.
The home is furnished with everything needed for day-to-day living. We would ask that you bring your own extra large beach towels for use on the beaches and in the water theme parks. Doral woods tennis court and communal pool is at your disposal. (Free), a horse riding school is 3 miles away. A car is essential to enjoy your holiday. Location: - Doral Woods, is off Poinciana Boulevard, 10 minutes south of highway 192, the main street of Kissimmee with all its restaurants, shops and flea markets. 20 minutes to the main gates of Disney world and the world famous 'international drive'. 5 minutes to several golf courses in all directions. Orlando Int. Airport is 35 minutes away. 3 miles south of the villa is the environmental study of wild life centre, (free entrance). A giant publix super market is 6 minutes away. A new winn dixie has just opened, 4 minutes away. The community of Doral Woods is located on a conservation area but the homes are a short distance from the world famous attractions of the Magic Kingdom, Sea World, Universal Studios, MGM Studios, and EPCOT. You have the best of both worlds - a serene home setting but still close to all that the area has to offer.
