This is a delightful 4 bedroom family home ideally situated in Windwood Bay development and is perfect as a base for the vacationing family. It would suit a single family or 2 families sharing as the home boasts 2 Master En-suites, and 2 twin bedded rooms. Drive to Disney is approx 10mins, without going onto the interstate! The home offers 2 living areas so the family can watch different TV programs . The Pool and deck are South East facing with no rear neighbors, and is ideal for relaxing after a long day at the 'Parks", or catching the rays before heading out for the day.The pool deck area is South East facing for maximum sun and is furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers.
The first master bedroom has a King size bed, Dresser, nightstands, lamps, alarm clock, walk in closet, TV, Private en suite bathroom with large tub bath, walk in shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer.
Second master bedroom has a queen size bed , nightstands, lamps, chest of drawers, built in closet, Private en suite bathroom consisting of bath with shower, sink and toilet, hair dryer.
Third and fourth Bedrooms have two twin (single) beds in each, built in closets, nightstands, lamps
The family room has a 42 inch plasma TV and DVD player and a Bose stereo system, phone, sofas, and tables.
The formal sitting room also has a TV and DVD player, sofas (one o is a double sleeper sofa) , tables and lamps
The kitchen comes fully equipped with all appliances, dishwasher, waste disposal, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, fridge, freezer, breakfast bar, ice maker, all pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and glassware.
There is a utility room with full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
There are 2 dining areas with total seating for 10 guests. A great place for a family vacation!
