This 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom executive home is luxuriously furnished to the highest standards, is fully air-conditioned and is fitted with a Brinks security alarm system.
The family room has comfortable lounge furniture, is equipped with colour cable television, a VCR, stereo and CD player.The large sliding windows lead out on to the pool area and are fitted with child security alarms
The open plan kitchen and breakfast nook looks out over the family room. The kitchen is fitted with every appliance you will require: cooker, microwave, refrigerator/ freezer/ icemaker, toaster, coffee maker, blender, waste disposal and dishwasher, together with crockery, cooking utensils, pots and pans etc.
The separate utility room has a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
The home has TWO MASTER BEDROOMS.The first Master bedroom is located on the lower level and has sliding doors open out on to the pool area.The second Master bedroom is located on the upper level. Both have a King size bed, T.V., walk-in closets, large en-suite bathroom facilities, including twin vanities, bathtub and separate shower. The third bedroom, also located on the upper level, has Queen size bed, with bathroom facilities opposite. Two further bedrooms (one in Mickey theme) have 2 twin size beds in each and share a fourth bathroom
The home has its own private heated pool and poolside jacuzzi, which overlooks the lake to the conservation area beyond. The view from the pool area is breathtaking, with the fountain in the lake’s centre being illuminated at night.
