Mis disculpas por la demora en la respuesta, tu correo se había quedado perdido en mi Inbox.
Contesto tu inquietud diciendo que la hemos pasado extraordinariamente bien en todos los aspectos.
La casa muy bien, muy cómoda y perfectamente equipada, la piscina 10 puntos; el trámite y la gestión de contratación impecables, no mistakes.
Si algo tuviera que decir, que de ninguna manera desmerece la calificación general, es solo un detalle, hubiera deseado encontrar una parrilla (barbecue) mejor, así lo insinúa la página web; la que encontramos era muy precaria, casi imposible de utilizar, y tu bien sabes lo que significa una buena “parrillada” para argentinos como nosotros, devoradores de buena carne asada.
Para terminar, yo sugeriría algún cambio en la atención del Manager (como se llamaba, Terry?), un verdadero fantasma que no apareció nunca; tal vez ustedes son mas impersonales, nosotros los latinos tal vez seamos un poco mas cariñosos y valoramos el contacto personal, en ese sentido creo que sería bueno que el Manager se diera una vuelta por la casa, aunque sea al inicio de la locación o en algún otro momento, a efectos de presentarse y ofrecer su disposición en caso de necesidad; creo que es un detalle que cuesta muy poco y queda muy bien.
Por lo demás, todo muy bien y muy agradecidos, los recomendaríamos de todos modos.

game room( much things doesn t works),
cleaning set,( from barbie house??) lol
some equipments needs to be changed, too old, or poor quality)

But anyway weather, area was perfect!!

| Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, wir waren mit dem Service von Floridas Best Villas wirklich sehr zufrieden. In der Villa gab es leider ein paar Kleinigkeiten zu bemängeln. U.a. waren die Sonnenliegen am Pool wirklich extrem verschmutzt und für uns so definitiv nicht nutzbar. Auch Röhren TV sind in der heutigen Zeit nicht mehr wirklich nachvollziehbar. Dazu gab es zwar viele Sender aber bis auf ein paar wenige alle durch Pay TV verschlüsselt. Die sind zwar keine gravierenden Dinge aber ich denke es sollte trotzdem mitgeteilt werden. |

| Reply from George (FBV) | Vielen Dank fuer die Bewertung und die detaillierten Angaben. Ich stimme voellig zu, dass Roehrenfernseher altes Zeug sind und ersetzt werden solten. Der Hausbesitzer hat mir auch dazu geschrieben, dass er die Fernseher ersetzen will, aber halt nicht alle auf einmal. Ich denke bei einem so niedrigen Tagespreis fuer das Haus ist diese Loesung verstaendlich. Es sollten eigentlich so ca 50 Sender verfuegbar sein. Mir wurde auch versprochen, dass sich jemand umgehend um die Sonnenliegen kuemmert, sorry im Namen des Hausbesitzers dafuer. |

| I am sorry to say, this was our worst experience in one of your villas. We will use floridabestvillas.com services again, but will not stay in this home (CPA5406). We appreciate the one night refund by the owner due to communication issues and lack of entry until 2:30 am. We also paid for heated pool and spa, which did not get above 86 degrees in the spa, very unfortunate. We had bugs (black/sugar/flying ants) in the kitchen and around the master tub. The beds were not comfortable compared to other villas, like our favorite EIR7502, which continues to not be available. :< We would rent that one again if it ever comes back on the market. The Neighborhood was very peaceful and secure. Location was reasonable for our purposes. |

| Reply from George (FloridaBestVillas) | Thanks Ken for the feedback. I am sorry you didn't like the villa, it always had great reviews so far. I immediately forwarded your remarks to the owner.
A big thank you also to the house management, it took them less than an hour from notifying them at 1:30 AM till they were at the villa and could let Ken and his family into the house.
As far as the pool heat goes, a vacation home in Florida is only allowed to have the pool heat up at a maximum of 86 Fahrenheit due to environmental law. |

| The rental was excellent value and the property was ideally suited to our family needs. Minor additions to the inventory and fixtures would help. Specifically towel rails in the bathrooms and a few more kitchen utensils.
Location to the main attractions is good although it is best to travel very early or late to minimise delays on the I4. We were perfectly satisfied with the performance of FloridaBest Villas.

| Ein kleinerer Schaden wurde umgehend behoben, deshalb Bestnoten für FloridaBestVillas und die Hausverwaltung.
Einzig der Pool war ein kleines Minus, denn er wurde leider nicht beheizt und war deshalb zu kalt um ihn ausgiebig zu nutzen.

| We were very pleased by the villa's location and amenities such as the pool and the game room. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and a short drive to both Disney and Orlando. The only minor thing we found during our stay was related to the air conditioning of the main bed room downstairs which was not cooled enough by the house air conditioning system but otherwise, everything was fine. The service from Florida best villas was very good since they did provide all the information's and answers we needed. |
