• Failure to pay the balance by the due date will render the booking void with loss of deposit.

• Check in 4 p.m. Check out 10 a.m. Early check ins or late check outs require prior approval.

The villa was very good set in a nice neighbourhood and very well presented, Disney and all the parks are just a short drive away about 25-35 mins with the international drive a little further. There's a great restaurant just 15 mins walk from the villa but for everything else you need a car. The villa its self was very comfortable but the games room for kids could do with attention. As for Floridavillas they where great and answered all our emails quickly helping us every step and where ready to help during our stay. Overall lovely Villa in quiet area but if you want more entertainment closer to you look nearer to Orlando its self.
