The patio faces south and enjoys plenty of sunshine. Both pool and spa are electrically heated. You can reach the river in a few minutes by boat, and from there it's not far to the Gulf of Mexico. On over 3,400 SF of living area, the home offers 4 spacious bedrooms (3 King, 2 Twin beds), 3.5 baths - including the large master suite with balcony on the upper floor and an open, inviting design. The new, stylish furnishings were hand-selected and create a cheerful beach cottage feeling.
Cape Harbour with its restaurants and shops is within easy walking distance; additional restaurants and stores are only a few minutes away by car. The home is perfect for boaters, a vacation with friends, and really anyone who wants to experience the luxurious Florida lifestyle for themselves.
We charge $0.14 per kWh for the electric usage. Please pay the amount due at the check-out. Children over age 12 are counted as paying guests.
