Beautiful three bedroom villa has two bathrooms. The modern kitchen has a RVS cooking unit and a granite worktop. On the large patio with a view to the water you can enjoy a snack or a drink.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. The bedroom is equipped with a kingsize bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom two single beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and toilet.

The living room is furnished with everything you could wish for. The villa has two flatscreen television sets and a dvd-player. Wireless internet is also available. You can make free phone calls to fixed phone lines in Belgium and Germany.
The villa has its own electrically heated swimming pool. It overlooks a canal wich leads to three different lakes. The Palmetto Pines Gold Club is only 300 metres away.
It is only a five minute drive to the restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. By car you can reach the beautiful beaches of Fort Myers and the Mexican Gulf in 20 minutes.

Fort Myers Airport is only a 20 minute drive away, Miami Airport is a 2,5 hour drive away.

The villa has been completely renovated and refurnished in 2009.
