The sea air home boasts the best Gulf Front Beach location on the island. Tastefully decorated, this secluded home is quite comfortable with new mattresses, new appliances, and a beautiful granite kitchen
The 6 bedroom/3 bath home will sleep up to 17 people comfortably.
This fully furnished rental comes complete with everything from linens and kitchen utensils to electronics and a telephone. We've even included a fax machine for your convenience.
Every effort has been made to assure that this delightful home is complete, right down to the baby grand piano and fooze ball table!
Getting away from it all means leaving your car too. Vehicles are not permitted on Upper Captiva Island. A complimentary golf cart has been provided so you can take advantage of the many amenities available to you.
Choose from 2 large heated swimming pools to swim in at the local club (membership is inclusive). The pools are only a short golf cart ride away.
Dolphins are frequently seen right from the house! Experience them up close on one of the free sea kayaks.
A clear view of the beach allows you to watch your children from the house as they play and enjoy the sun and fun. Set up your camera because wildlife abounds on the island. From rare native birds to unusual sea life and exotic flowers; beauty is all around for you to enjoy. White sand and unusual seashells blanket the beaches. Sand Dollars, Starfish, and live shells are sometimes seen during low tide. Please leave the live ones in their natural environment so others can enjoy them too.
For your enjoyment, this rental home includes bicycles, sea kayaks, fishing poles, and a private hot tub.

Beautiful granite kitchen includes: dishes, utensils/cookware, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, cappuccino machine, coffee maker, toaster, blender, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.
Basic items include: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry soap, dish soap, and bar soap.
Household includes: central air conditioning, ceiling fans, linens/towels, beach towels, telephone, fax machine, modem jack, satellite TV, VCR and movie videos, DVD player, stereo with CD player, adult board games, baby grand piano, fooze-ball table, propane barbecue grill, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas.
Crib and high chair are also available.
We will assist you with transportation to the island. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our island hostess. The large, beautiful beaches also offer gorgeous sun-downs, restaurants, pubs, and memento shops or just stay and watch the dolphines swim by. On the way to the beach stop by the Sanibel Factory Stores with good brand name shopping.
Sanibel Island
The paradise for shelling. House-watching of the worldwide super rich & famous. Can be reached via boat or 35 minutes by car.
Matlacha
Caribean flair with wooden homes, yacht harbor and seafood restaurants. Dreamy and relaxed with campgrounds, relaxed homes and nice people. Eat at the "Sandy Hook" seafood restaurant at the waterfront.
Pine Island
One of the "Barrier Islands" of Cape Coral with a slow and easy lifestyle. Dine at the "Waterfront-Restaurant" and enjoy wonderful seafood. This is a earthy restaurant and guests are welcome to write their own grafiti on the table clothes, which will then be displayed at the walls.
Everglades
Cape Coral is only 1 hour away from the Everglades. Ride one of the "Airboat-Rides" through the swamps and watch alligators, racoons, and even Manatees.
Naples
This is where the Rich&Famous stay and have their homes. The most exclusive boutiques and other shopping and dining. Only 45 minutes from Cape Coral.
Key West
Drive along the "Seven-Mile-Bridge" or go by speedboat. Key West welcomes you with its Caribean Flair at the most Southern Point of the United States. Great night life! Only 5 - 6 hours with your own car or take one of the speedboats that depart from Ft Myers.
