Fully air-conditioned throughout, this home has been very comfortably furnished to appeal to all tastes. This home offers everything you will need for your Florida vacation.

The GROUND FLOOR MASTER BEDROOM is complimented with en-suite facilities comprising a vanity washroom, wc, a large walk-in shower (big enough to share!), large linen closet and hairdryer. Furnished with a stunning bedroom suite and 5' bed, 19" cable TV, ceiling fan, telephone, double size closets, bedside cabinets, full-length mirror and bedroom chair. Plus sliding glass doors giving access, as well as a perfect view, to the pool, deck and conservation area beyond.

The FIRST FLOOR MASTER BEDROOM is furnished with another stunning bedroom suite and 5ft bed and double interconnecting closets. Located on the first floor along with the two twin bedrooms; very conveniently next to the full bathroom with full size bath, over-bath shower, wash vanity, wc and hairdryer is also on the first floor.

The TWIN BEDROOMS each have double size closets, and storage chests, TV/DVD combi's with an assortment of suitable DVDS plus PLAYSTATION with 2 controllers each and an assortment of games. Each twin room has 2 beds.

The LIVING AND DINING AREAS are in one very spacious and airy open plan room, which has a 17'4" vaulted ceiling fitted with a ceiling fan. We have furnished the lounge with sumptuous sofas, very elegant glass tables, 51" PLASMA HDTV, DVD player & DVDs and sound system for our guests to enjoy.

The FAMILY ROOM is at the front of the villa and is again furnished to a high standard, with sofas, tables and 25" cable TV and DVD player & DVDs. The Family Room very conveniently adjoins the bright eat-in kitchen and looks onto the open area to the side and the front garden. Nintendo Wii with 4 controllers and numerous games.

The FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN has all modern appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, toaster, ice-making fridge/freezer, coffee maker, blender, teapot and good quality crockery and cutlery for twelve place settings. The laundry area is conveniently sited within the garage, we have extra large washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, and just to make our guests feel more at home - we even have a clothes line and pegs too!

The fully enclosed private screened and heatable 30' SOUTH-FACING POOL backs onto a conservation area, which provides privacy. The pool ranges from 3' to 5' deep and is enhanced with underwater lighting and tropical planters. The screened sunbathing area is furnished to a high standard; comprising very comfortable sun loungers, patio chairs, side tables and patio table - all in typical Floridian colours. In addition to an extended deck there is also plenty of room to sunbathe, or for the children to play, outside the screened area in the garden, which is laid to lawn. The villa has a covered lanai area, charcoal BBQ, pool light and outside lighting for evening use.

There is a complete change of bed linen for each bed in the villa, this includes: extra pillows, pillow protectors, sheets, pillowcases and comforters. Our villa has plenty of towels - both bathroom and pool, so there's no need to use up that valuable space in your suitcase!

We have even more for our guests to enjoy during their stay - Foosball, Air Hockey, 2 Playstations + assorted games; FREE use of safe; a library of over 40 DVDS, a crystal blue SOUTH-FACING pool and its just 10 miles from Disney's doorstep - what more could you need?
