Welcome to our luxurious 4 Bed 3 Bath Floridian Villa. Our Villa is fully air conditioned and has a private heated pool. The peaceful Aylesbury community is less than 15 minutes from Disney World. Local shops, restaurants and golf courses are just minutes away. Our luxury home sleeps up to 10 guests. Two master bedrooms each have closets and en-suite bathrooms. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have storage closets and share an adjoining bathroom. A comfortable living and dining area provides plenty of room for eating or relaxing. The living area has colour cable TV, a VCR, DVD player, CD player/radio and two sofas, one of which converts into a queen size bed. The fully equipped kitchen has all that is necessary for those who enjoy cooking or just wish to self cater. There is a full size oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster, in fact everything you need including a kettle and tea pot. Adjoining laundry and ironing facilities are provided should you need them. Access to the pool is via alarmed patio doors for the safety of children. The fully screened pool area has comfortable sun loungers, a table and chairs for al-fresco dining. The pool can be heated if required. A covered lanai provides shade for those who have seen too much sun. Both pool and lanai can be illuminated at night for a refreshing swim after a busy day. May 11, 2011 Ingrid Marlin-weil	das haus ansich war gut aber die sofas waren ziemlich verfleckt, die eingangstüre total verdreckt und man durfte nicht in die ecken schauen. die erste nacht haben wir bei 32 grad verbracht da die aircondition defekt war,der pool war am ersten tag nicht zu gebrauchen da er voller sand war und die mülleimer waren voll.aber wir hatten trotzdem einen schönen urlaub!,alle von florida villas inclusive die maid waren sehr sehr freundlich!

Reply from Georg	Vielen Dank an Ingrid fuer die Bewertung, das Hauptproblem laut Hausverwaltung war ein Gewitter, welches am Tag der Anreise tobte und fuer den Stromausfall und defekt der Klimaanlage sowie fuer den Sand im Pool verantwortlich war. Beides wurde dann schnellstens behoben so dass dem erholsamen Urlaub nichts mehr im Weg stand.

Wir waren mit dem Haus, den Zimmern und der Einrichtung sehr zufrieden, allerdings gab es fuer 8 Personen nur 6 Stuehle und die Toepfe waren ein bisschen klein fuer 8 Personen. Das liegt aber wahrscheinlich daran, dass eine amerikanische Familie im Urlaub selten kocht. Ansonsten war wirklich alles ok. Ihre Driving Directions from Orlando Airport war grundsaetzlich super, als Anregung darf ich Ihnen vieleicht empfehlen nicht mehr das Red Carpet hotel als Marker zu nutzen, ist nur schwer zu sehen im Dunkeln. Nochmals vielen Dank fuer die schoene Villa in Florida. Wenn wir wieder dorthin gehen, kommen wir bstimmt wieder zu Ihnen. Herzliche Gruesse aus Deutschland Wolfgang mit Familie

Aylesbury

This is a peaceful area in a new exclusive development surrounded by orange groves and it is located just off highway 27. Its only 20 minutes from the Walt Disney World parks and numerous restaurants and supermarkets are only 5 minutes away. Several great golf courses are close by this tranquil community as well.

It is located just south of Interstate 4 and Hwy. 27. Interstate 4 is about a 5 minute drive which allows for easy access to the beaches near Tampa on the West Coast or the Space Coast beaches near Cocoa and Melbourne. Ideally located for a vacation villa - several executive golf courses are nearby, Walt Disney World is about 20 minutes and shopping, gas stations and restaurants are located nearby on Hwy. 192 You can easily get to SeaWorld and Universal Studios from this quiet community. It is about 50 minutes to Orlando International Airport and 60 minutes to Sanford Airport. A great location for your next vacation.
