Description 4 bed, 3 bath villa, sleeps up to 10. Lake view with private, heated pool and spa. Games room.
Amenities resort pool, spa, fitness center, business centre, sand volleyball, children's playground and putting green. Golf nearby.

The first floor contains a beautiful tiled entryway leading to a bright, spacious and tastefully decorated living room with cathedral ceilings and sliding glass door which leads to the lanai. To the left you will find the open kitchen with breakfast bar which seats four. Our kitchen is equipped with all the amenities of home including: dishwasher; garbage disposal; refrigerator/freezer with icemaker; microwave; toaster, coffeemaker and cookware. There is an adjoining dining area with seating for 8 which also has a sliding glass door providing access to the pool area. To the right of the living room you will find access to the games room which is furnished with a dartboard; foosball table; combination pool/ping pong/air hockey table; and a pub table which seats two. A half bath is located conveniently next to the games room. There are complete laundry facilities including washer and dryer on the first floor as well.
Beyond the main living room to the right you will find the luxurious Master Suite. The Master Suite contains a comfortable queen size bed and a flat screen TV with cable and an en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom contains a garden tub and separate glass enclosure corner shower, as well as his and hers sinks.

The master suite also provided direct access to the pool area via its own sliding glass doors.

On the second floor you will find a second, smaller living room with a couch and TV/VCR complete with a variety of movies for your viewing pleasure.

The second floor also has a master suite with cable TV; large walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. This bedroom is separated from the remaining bedrooms on the second floor by a balcony which overlooks the main living room.

Also located on the second floor you will find one bedroom with a full size bed with bedside table and large spacious closet. This bedroom also has a flat screen TV with a built in DVD player.

The second floor also has two additional bedrooms each with two twin beds; bedside stand and large spacious closet. Both rooms are tastefully decorated for our younger guests. There are also two full baths on the second floor conveniently located to each of the bedrooms

Jul 23, 2011 Remo Fuchs	Super Urlaub, tolle Villa welche Spass für die ganze Familie bietet. Einzig die vorhandenen Videogames und DVD discs sind zerkratzt und nicht mehr funktionsfähig. Dies hat aber nicht weiter gestört aufgrund des breiten Angebots. Die erhaltenen Codes via email für das Tor wie auch für die Haustüre waren nicht aktuell. Alles nur Kleinigkeiten, wir werden FloridaBestVillas für die nächsten Florida Ferien sicher wieder in Betracht ziehen.
