Ashley Manor

Ashley Manor is a small vacation home community in Davenport, Florida on the Highway 192 business corridor. Most of the villas in the community overlook conservation and woodland areas. Located in the quiet and tranquil rural area on the Ronald Reagan Parkway (CR54), it is the perfect base for all that Central Florida offers. The community is about 11 miles from the Animal Kingdom entrance. Champions Gate Golf Course is 1 mile away. Disney is a 15 minute drive. Seaworld, Universal and many other parks are all within about 25 minutes. The 192 has limitless entertainment, shops and many restaurants and is a only 10 minute drive. The community is close to the supermarket, shopping, gas station and golf. Exit 58 of the Interstate 4 is just 2 miles, Orlando International airport a simple drive of 25 minutes Sanford airport 45 minutes and Tampa 60 minutes. The sands of the Gulf coast are 90 minutes drive and the Sun Coast and Space Center 60 minutes. A wonderful quiet community for next vacation.
