The majority of the residents are local inhabitants who live in Orlando all year round. So you really are staying in a residential area and not in some anonymous apartment block. The development is on State Road 27, just South of the junction with Interstate Road 4. If you have been to Orlando before you will know that both SR27 and I4 give quick and easy access to all of Orlando’s attractions. If you haven’t been to Orlando before, then you just need to know that by car you will leave your villa and be at the gates of Disney in fifteen minutes ! Sea World and Universal Studios are only another five or ten minutes further up the road. If you want shopping malls there are plenty to choose from within a thirty minute radius. There are more restaurants than you could possibly have time to sample, and all tastes are catered for. If you like golf there are over 1500 courses in the State of Florida ! The nearest course is only minutes away.
