The large bottom floor patio with a bar is perfect for swaying on a hammock sipping a Caribbean cocktail. There is the upper patio where all 3 bedrooms have access to and with great view from your bed. The bedrooms are all very spacious and have their own bathrooms. You can see the famous Lobster Bay which is surrounded by mangroves. The roof of the villa is an open sundeck with again panoramic view.

• $300.00 deposit required to secure booking. Deposit non-refundable if you cancel.
• Payment in full is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. A $300 Security Deposit is required, which is refundable after inspection after departure.
• If the Client does not pay the balance of the holiday at the prescribed time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. In this event or if the client cancels after the booking is accepted the deposit will be forfeit. Cancellation charges: More than 30 days before arrival: deposit only / 30 days or less: Full amount
