In addition you have a garden with tropical plants and palms, a covered terrace with ocean view, a private swimming pool with whirlpool, sunbathing chairs, air conditioning, telephone and fax, 2 large televisions with premium cable (over 60 channels), 2 VCRs, 1 stereo system for house and garden, dish washer, washing machine, dryer, toaster, microwave oven, dishes, etc.. Naturally you have a garage for your car. Our house is directly on the ocean with a private dock. You'll see breathtaking sunsets. Almost daily between 6 and 9 in the morning you'll be visited by dolphins at the dock. You will find a complete and comfortable house and much more..

Living room
Watch the St. Petersburg weather report for tomorrow on channel 42 or consult channel 22 for a complete listing of the over 60 available channels on our large-sized television. Two VCRs are at your disposal. A Hi-fi stereo with radio, double tape deck and 6-CD changer brightens the day and the night. Your living room gives direct access to the terrace, swimming pool and to the ocean! The high ceiling with sunroof and large seating arrangement offers the opportunity for a nice chat together after a full day of impressions. Or open the drapes for a beautiful view of the ocean.

Dining room / Kitchen
Our Chinese style dining room with bar accommodates 6-8 people. Perfect for breakfasting, planning the events of the day or finishing the day with games. The kitchen has complete furnishings, including refrigerator, freezer, icemaker for cold drinks, cook top, oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, dish washer, etc. You won't need anything additional. The kitchen contains an additional dining area for 4-6 people with ocean view.

Bedrooms
Three of the four bedrooms contain Queen or King size beds and are furnished with walk-in closets, large mirrors, dressers, so you can easily stow your clothing. In the master bedroom, there is a 31-inch Television with VCR and a nice view over the ocean. The fourth bedroom is planned as a children's room with a bunk bed accommodating 3 people, naturally with a walk-in closet and dresser. This is enough room for 10 people. The living room sofa is a foldout double bed. A small additional room offers sleeping quarters for the 11th person. In case you have an infant or child under three, don't worry, the appropriate furnishings are provided as well.

Pool and SPA
Your private pool is unusually large and of an interesting shape. The swimming pool has dimensions of 16 by 33 feet. After awaking in the morning, climb into the bubbling whirlpool and watch the sunrise over the ocean. During the day sunbathe and enjoy the pool, all with a view of the ocean Dolphins greet you at dock. From the living room, kitchen, dining room and master bedroom you have direct access to the terrace with ocean view.
