HIR4301, 4 bed 3 bath luxury villa at Highland Reserve Orlando, Florida with pool on golf course for perfect vacations

Our Villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, is fully air conditioned and can accommodate up to 10 people. It has 2 master bedrooms each with their own luxury en-suite bathroom; which is ideal for 2 families wishing to share. In addition to which, both Master Suites have King size beds (which will hopefully stop those arguments over who gets which bedroom).

The Master 1 en-suite features His & Hers sinks with large mirror over, hairdryer, a separate toilet and a fantastic oversized walk-in shower (Please take a look at the Photo Gallery). You even have direct access from this en-suite to the pool area.

Bedroom 3 has a Queen sized bed while bedroom 4 has Twin sized beds. Both bedrooms have walk-in wardrobes, cable T.V. and have access to the third bathroom which incorporates a bath, shower, hairdryer and sink with vanity unit.

The property feels extremely spacious with ~2,000 sq. ft of living space and we have ensured that our home is tastefully furnished and decorated to a very luxurious standard. All the furnishings and appliances have been selected for their premium quality to ensure that your holiday is totally relaxing, enjoyable and memorable.

After a hard day at the theme parks or shopping in the designer malls why not relax in our beautiful private pool or let the Jacuzzi / Spa ease away those aches and pains. Then perhaps enjoy a meal from our luxury gas BBQ. Eating alfresco couldn’t be more enjoyable. We have provided a table plus chairs & sun loungers so that you can eat a meal overlooking the pool and the peace of the conservation area - Bliss!!

We have included everything we believe a family could wish for in a holiday home, including Cable TV’s in the Family Room and every bedroom, Home Cinema System, DVD Players, Sony Playstation 2 (for the small and big kids), Games Room (incorporating Pool Table, Air Hockey, Table Football & Darts Board) - available after May 2006, Cot, Highchair, Stroller, Gas BBQ……. and many other items that are often charged as extras are provided for your convenience and at NO CHARGE !!.

The latest DVD's and Playstation 2 games can be easily rented from the local video store.

The fully equipped kitchen is fitted out with a comprehensive range of appliances which include a huge American fridge/freezer with crushed or cubed ice on tap plus a chilled water dispenser, microwave, oven/hob, waste disposal sink, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and blender. Also included are a large range of quality tableware, glasses and cutlery together with a full set of quality patio plastic wares for use by the pool.

For your comfort and convenience there is also a fully equipped utility room incorporating a full size washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board. This will allow you to pack the bare minimum of clothing so that you can fill up your cases on the way home with all those cheap designer clothes from the many shopping malls.

The large pool & spa has an oversized deck with removable toddler screen to prevent small children wandering into the pool and the doors to the pool area are all alarmed for the same reason. The covered porch area with ceiling fan offers a welcome retreat from the hot Florida sun.

If you would like we can provide a grocery pack waiting for you on arrival so that you don’t have to go straight out to the supermarket after a long, tiring flight (please see the Rates page for pricing and remember to order it when booking).We will try to ensure that all the basic essentials are catered for which could include for example Tea, Coffee, Milk, Sugar, Bread, Butter, Cereal, Eggs, Jam, Orange Juice & Bottled Water. If you have any special requests (e.g. beer, bottle of wine etc.), we will do our best to accommodate these.

Our villa is maintained by an excellent local management company who are very efficient, friendly and offer 24 hour emergency support.
