Our exceptional, 2 storey home is situated on a large, premium lot in a quiet cul de sac backing onto the 40 acre lake. The view from the rear of the property across the lake is beautiful. For sun worshippers the biggest bonus is that the decking and pool are South facing which will enable you to take advantage of those golden rays from sunrise until sunset.

The villa has 2500 square feet of internal living area (not including the double garage) and a decking/pool area of 1100 square feet, with luxury padded furniture, so you will have plenty of space in which to relax and unwind.

Our home is fully air conditioned and able to comfortably accommodate 8 people plus a further 1 or 2 persons using the queen size sofa bed in the Family room.

It is cleaned and prepared before and after each letting. Each bed is freshly made and has a spare set of linen, stored in the wardrobes, if required. Two pillows per person have been provided to ensure your comfort. An ample supply of fresh towels is available in each of the bathrooms. These items can easily be laundered in the washing machine should you wish to change them frequently. Mid-holiday cleans are available at an extra cost of $85, payable locally.

The garden and lawns are maintained weekly and there is a built-in timed irrigation system to help keep things looking pristine. The swimming pool is cleaned and checked once a week for your comfort and safety. As part of a routine pest control program, the home is treated on a regular basis.

For your security and peace of mind, the property is fully equipped with an ADT monitored intruder alarm system, security locks on external doors, pool door/window alarms (these can be turned off when children are not present), smoke detectors in all rooms, emergency lighting and two fire extinguishers (one downstairs and one upstairs). Three telephones have been fitted (two downstairs and one upstairs), giving access to free local calls and a credit card system for long distance.

A superb feature of this property is the 39ft wide x 28ft long fully screened decking area which contains the private swimming pool with underwater lighting for night use. Both are South facing, onto the lake, and have the sun, from sunrise to sunset, all year round. Very large, luxury, colored pool towels (12 in total) are provided for your use, as is a poolside towel airer/holder.

There is a covered porch and luxury padded poolside furniture to seat 10 persons around 2 large hexagonal tables both with large, adjustable sun umbrellas plus 4 padded sun loungers and a smaller hexagonal drinks table.

The pool and decking area is completely private with white panel fencing on both sides, as well as trees and bushes. The deck can be lit at night using the wall light and the free standing light.

Access to this area is via patio doors from the family room and master bedroom suite 1.

Sleep peacefully in our two beautiful and sumptuously furnished master ensuite bedrooms, both of which have an exquisite king/queen size four poster bed with canopy. For the youngs, we have two delightful, well-appointed and themed, twin bedded rooms.

Relax inside, in one of the two lounges, check on your email on our computer with free internet access, or, venture outside onto the huge, South facing, screened decking area where you can sit on the luxurious deck furniture and take in the glorious lake and conservation views. Swim in the pool whilst the wild-life swims close by on the lake!
