Our 3bed/2bath villa offers luxury and comfort and is furnished to a high standard. It has a heated VERY PRIVATE SOUTH FACING swimming pool overlooking the 2nd tee of the award winning golf course of Southern Dunes, near Disney World and other attractions. You will find everything you need in our villa to have a fantastic holiday, whether after a round of golf, a trip from the theme parks or sunbathing on the beach.

This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom luxury villa decorated to the very highest standards . It has its own private south facing swimming pool which is equipped with table chairs and loungers for your enjoyment. We have also added a retratable awning just in case you would like a bit of shade The lounge dining area and kitchen are open plan with vaulted ceilings to give a very light and airy feel.

Lounge area
The lounge has two sofas, coffee table, lamps etc.. It is beautifully furnished and has cable 42"LC HDTV DVD/CD/VCR for your enjoyment. We also have a new XBOX games console and ceiling fans.

Dining area
There is a table with six chairs and the patio door opens up onto the pool area. This is a very comfortable place to sit and eat your meals.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you could possibly need. There is a range, fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher ,waste disposal and much more.

Bedrooms
MASTER BEDROOM: The master suite has a queen size bed, cable TV there is also and ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. This is a lovely room at the back of the house, overlooking the pool, complete with ceiling fan.
DOUBLE BEDROOM: Here we have a double bed, large wardrobe and plenty of storage space. There is also a hairdryer and TV.
TWIN BEDROOM: The twin room is beautifully furnished with twin beds and again a large wardrobe plus plenty of storage space. TV with DVD

Pool area
Our pool is south facing so gets the sun all day, it is screened and overlooks the 2nd tee of the golf course, therefore is very private. we provide a BBQ, table , chairs, loungers and a retractable awning. We also provide beach towels.
