BEDROOMS .- This villa has 6 bedrooms with a capacity for 12 guests
- Bedrooms One and Two are Master bedrooms with walk-in closet/wardrobe and ensuite bathroom (one of the Master bedrooms also has a TV).
- Bedrooms Three and Four have full size double beds.
- Bedrooms Five and Six, both have two single beds.
BATHROOMS .- The two ensuite bathrooms and the main bathroom include bath, shower, sink and vanity unit.
LIVING ROOM .- The living room is large and spacious with two large sofas, coffee table, telephone and patio doors overlooking the pool area. Entertainment facilities include remote control TV with Cable and VCR.
KITCHEN .- The kitchen is fully fitted out with double sink, cooker, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, toaster, coffee-maker, blender and disposal unit. There is a breakfast bar with 4 stools and high chair for a child.
DINING Area .- There is a separate Dining area with formal dining table for 6.
POOL AREA .- Patio doors lead to large heated pool with screened enclosure and comfortable poolside furniture so you can fully enjoy the Florida sunshine.
LAUNDRY .- There is also excellent laundry facilities including washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board located in the double garage. Linen and Towels are supplied.

• Covid 19 / Coronavirus: A cancellation within the last 30 days prior to arrival is possible, if the US government suspends travel from your country / state to Florida. Cancellation fees will be applied.
• Covid 19 / Coronavirus - Cancellation fees: 10 % of the total amount will be retained as cancellation costs. Credit card fees cannot be refunded.
