  | Das Haus ist zwar schon älter aber in gutem gebrauchsfähigem Zustand. Leider sind insb. die Betten - Matratzen - teilweise durchgelegen. Auch die Qualität der Handtücher könnte besser sein. Die übrige Ausstattung entspricht den Erwartungen. das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung |

The Villa was exactly what we needed. Ample, clean, beautiful, well equipped and close to the attractions.

Te escribo para informarte que ya estamos en Venezuela; pasamos unos dias estupendos en Orlando.
Estamos muy cansados porque visitamos 9 parques.
Mi hija dejo un lindo mensaje en el libro de la Villa de nuestra parte.
Quiero hacerte unos comentarios que considero pertinentes:
1. Les sugiero que expliquen como usar la alarma. Como nosotros vivimos en apartamento no tenemos alarma y pensabamos que se colocaba la clave de nuevo para activarla. Tuve que consultar en google para averiguarlo. Estuvimos sin alarma, confiados que si la teniamos.
2. Mi esposo compro un insecticida y lo aplico dentro de la casa y el garage. En la casa salio una cucaracha de 2 pulgadas, que habiamos visto en la cocina y mi esposo la logro agarrar porque estaba lenta por efecto del insecticida. Encontramos 3 mas pequeñas, tambien muriendose.
3. Usamos la piscina y el jacuzi solo dos veces, nos gusto mucho. Vimos algo en el borde de arriba del jacuzi que no sabemos que es, pero mi esposo me dijo que te lo informara porque ya estaba asi cuando nosotros lo usamos. (son unos grumos marrones)
4.El baño del final lo utilizamos muy poco.
5. Encontramos una nota que debiamos entregar las sabanas y toallas limpias. Eso no me los esperaba. Las sabanas las deje lavadas y dobladas, y las toallas en la secadora. Eso quita tiempo para poder entregar la Villa a la hora estipulada.
6. Un dia llamamos a Tracey y nos atendio muy bien. Mi hija hablo con ella porque yo no hablo ingles y Tracey no habla español, para preguntarle algo de la basura y nos ayudo.
En general, todo muy bien. Te he recomendado como una persona atenta, correcta, amable y muy eficiente. Le he dado tu direccion de internet a todas las personas que conozco y he recomendado la Villa, como excelente. Te felicito por tu buen trabajo, muchas gracias por todo.
