This five bedroom, four bathroom home has everything that you and your family could need for the most magical vacation to Disney and the attractions of Orlando. Situated a few short miles from Disney’s doorstep, this home away from home is a perfect base to explore all of the exciting things to do. It is ideal for larger families, and accommodates 10 guests in spacious comfort.
The main part of the home has a spacious family room to relax in together as a family, with occasional and coffee tables, surrounded by over-stuffed sofas and a love seat, plus an entertainment center with a large-screen cable TV, with DVD player, surround sound and stereo system and games console. There is also a desk with computer and printer for guest’s use to access the internet. The family room is overlooked by the kitchen and breakfast area making it a really sociable home to stay at. The kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could need to rustle up a quick snack, or prepare a family feast. The breakfast are overlooks the pool deck, or if you choose the dining area is at the other end of the kitchen should you want to have a more formal meal.
Step out from the family room on to the pool deck, where you can sit on the comfortable deck loungers and soak under the Florida sunshine, or take a dip in our heated sparkling pool or the raised bubbling spa pool that cascades in to the main pool. Sit together and enjoy a family al-fresco meal on the deck of the home. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switch-able alarms.
Sleeping accommodation at the home includes a downstairs master bedroom which features a king-size bed, ceiling fan, nightstands with lamps, clock/radio/alarm, and dresser with cable TV and DVD player, plus a master bathroom with a mirrored vanity basin, roman tub, walk in closet space and toilet. Also downstairs is bedroom three which has a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, nightstand with lamp, dresser with cable TV and DVD player, plus a nearby family bathroom.
Upstairs is a second master bedroom, which also affords a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, nightstands with lamps, plus a dresser with cable TV and DVD player, closet space. The remaining 2 bedrooms are perfect for the kids, each with 2 twin beds, dresser with cable TV and DVD player, nightstand with lamp, and closet space. Each of these bedrooms share an nearby family
bathroom.
In the garage - the fun continues, with a games room featuring a slate bed pool table, a foosball table, electronic darts board and air hockey table for lots of family fun when the weather’s not quite up to the usual Orlando standards!
The home is located in the grand setting of the Emerald Island Resort, just 3.5 miles from Walt Disney World. The grandeur of this gated community begins at the colonnaded entry; the picturesque rotunda and playful dolphin fountain will give you the feeling that you have entered your vacation paradise.
The Emerald Island Resort offers an array of amenities itself, which are complementary available to guests of the home. The 4,000 foot club house, with an optional shuttle service (separate charges apply) to the attractions, sauna, computer access to the Internet, heated community pool and spa pool, video game room, along with children’s play area and Tikki Hut is the perfect place to get to know other families. For the sportier types there is a fully equipped fitness center, tennis courts and a sandy volleyball court or if you like to stretch your legs there is a nature trail for you to walk around.
The resort is close to all the major theme parks, attractions, numerous golf courses and restaurants, so is conveniently located for all your vacation needs.
