Villa Tortuga is located on a fresh water canal with access to Lakes Kennedy, Saratoga, Alhambra, Weatherly and Shamrock. The home was built in 2006 and completely renovated in 2010. This spacious 3 bedroom + DEN / 2 bath pool home with a 2 car garage is located in a GREAT SW Cape neighborhood. The pool is eclectic heated and there is plenty of space for sunbathing on the screened in lanai.
The home has a wonderful open floor plan with a formal dining room, living room and a breakfast nook, with volume ceilings and large windows. The main areas of the home have designer ceramic tile on the diagonal, wood-like floors in the den and carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen has wooden cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A wonderful master suite with large bedroom, walk-in closets, dual sinks separate tiled shower and garden soaking tub. The home opens thru sliders onto the lanai overlooking the pool and canal.
Villa Tortuga will be completely furnished, decorated and equipped by Feb 1 2011. The house features a king size bed in the master bedroom and guest room and a two twin beds in the 2nd guest room, sleeping 6 guests. Additional amenities are high-speed internet, phone, 2 TV’s, Blue-Ray-Player and I-Pod-Docking-Station. It also has a BBQ. Come and enjoy your stay at Villa Tortuga – one of the most scenic places.
Pricing is based on 2 guests, each additional guest $8.40 per night for Low season, $12.60 each additional guest per night during the High season. No charge for kids under the age of 10 years. All prices plus 11% Tax (6% sales tax and 5% tourist tax) Minimum stay: 7 days. Christmas and Easter min. stay 7days plus 15% Surcharge Rate includes $25/week electricity (additional use will be settled by the deposit with US $0.12/KWH)
