Conveniently located near the sought after Cape Harbor area and close to shopping, this home will give you the relaxed luxurious feeling of the SW Florida lifestyle. With nothing left to want, this home features 3 bedrooms with a King sized bed in the master suite including 47" TV and adjacent bathroom with shower and tub separated. Our first guest bedroom features a Queen bed with TV and full Cable access with it's own slider to the pool area. Guest bedroom 2 is perfect for our younger guests as it is equipped with 2 twin beds and also has a TV with full Cable access. Both guest bedrooms share a full bath. The modern livingroom features stylish furnishings in a modern style with a large 55" TV. Cook the perfect meal in the large kitchen with breakfast bar, or enjoy the large patio and electric heated pool whilst entertaining your guests to a nice BBQ with the supplied gas grill. Boaters are welcome to use the covered boat lift ready for a boat up to 10.000 lbs.
Important: This is a 3 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an additional $105/week plus tax. Guests under 12 are free of charge. For online reservations: You will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.
