Beautiful waterfront home 15 miles from clearwater located in prestigious community of Gulf Harbors..Gulf harbors has a private beach with cabannas,bbq grills and picnic tables(1/2 mile from house-take the bikes). It also has a community golf course steps from the house. Innisbrook Golf Course is just a 10 min. drive.

Home features master bedroom with king size bed,private bath,TV and huge walkin closet. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a TV. The family room has sofa,loveseat,chair,TV,VCR and stereo.The living room is our gameroom with pool table and also has futon bed (sleeps 2).

Outside is large patio area with table by house and also another table down by the water. There are fruit trees also(orange,grapefruit,polmagram)..there is a floating dock with benches and ladder to swim in canal.

Fish,swim right from your dock.The house is 3 blocks from Gulf of Mexico by boat. There is beautiful Anclote Key (4 miles out) that has a beautiful beach where you can anchor your boat and enjoy the beach. This house has everything you need for a great vacation.

ATTRACTIONS NEARBY: Disney 1 1/2 hours, Bush Gardens 30 mins..Adventure Island(water park) 30 min.very close to many restaurants and shopping.Jet ski rentals down the canal.

CLEANING SERVICE: There is no cleaning fee.For those staying more than 1 week and would like weekly cleaning service this can be arranged for $50 per cleaning.
