The backyard is large enough to entertain a good size group of visitors. If you desire to rent a boat, accommodations are available for up to a 27 ft. boat, which will allow you to take a 10-15 min scenic ride to the Gulf of Mexico, admiring the other beautiful homes in this tranquil & friendly community. If you haven’t had the opportunity to experience a Sunset, it’s highly recommended. Whether it’s on the water or land there are an array of Beaches & Parks nearby.

Our downtown area is very appealing it has that old town feel and you can just sit along the Kotee River (a river runs through it) and discover the way things use to be, stress free. Just sit back and feel the peace that comes with living on or near the water.

One must see site is the Sponge Docks in Tarpon Springs, just a 15 min ride to the South. It offers many Gift shops, Antiques, Boat Tours & an array of Restaurants, in particular Greek Cuisine. If you just want to go for a ride and explore different places then keep going South to Clearwater where you will find the most beautiful beaches on the West Coast. And if you like Roller Coasters then you have to go to Busch Gardens and take a ride on one of the many coasters that are sure to leave you wanting more. The park offers something for all ages and several other rides, safaris, animals in natural habitat, shows of all types and a lot of walking. If theme parks are not your cup of tea and you just want to cool off then try “Adventure Island” or “Buccaneer Bay”. So no matter what your choice is, come prepared to have tons of fun!

For those of you looking to visit the other parks in Orlando, it’s only 2 hrs away. So you can leave at 7 - 7:30 a.m. and arrive by 9 a.m. just in time for the parks to open. Check all the parks website’s for discount offers, days & hours of operation, directions, etc..

Calling all Golfers! You’ve arrived to a golfer’s paradise, everywhere you look there’s a course that’s calling your name. So we suggest you have a plan of attack before you get here otherwise you’ll be stressed and that’s not allowed here in Florida.
