Our home has five full bedrooms, three full bathrooms and its' own screened swimming pool. The pool can be used all year round as heating is available at an extra cost. Pool heat isn't usually required from May to October. It sleeps comfortably 10. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs: The master bedroom with King Size bed, 19" cable TV, clock radio and telephone. The master bathroom features a large walk-in closet, two wash basins, tub and large shower. The guest room has double doors with ensuite bathroom. It has a 19" cable TV, ceiling fan and clock radio. And 3 bedrooms upstairs: Bedroom three has a large walk-in closet, clock radio and telephone. Bedroom four is the kids room, decorated in the theme of the Rug Rats. It has a built-in wardrobe and clock radio. Bedroom five has two single beds, a built-in wardrobe and clock radio. The games room is in the garage and has basketball net air hockey table and darts board. Within the community of hampton Lakes you will find a Community pool plus tennis courts,volleyball court and a childrens play area. Hampton Lakes is situated just off HWY 27 between the I4 and HWY 192 which allows easy access to Disney World, Universal Studios and surrounding Attractions such as Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Center.With the I4 going from East to West,both Florida's Gulf coast and Atlantic coast are well worth a visit.
