It opens to the pool and patio through sliding glass doors, as does the living room with its two overstuffed sofas. A gigantic eat-in kitchen, with breakfast table and seating, has recessed lighting. A pass through window makes it easy to serve outdoors, where you can sit in the shade under the overhang, or relax in the sun beside the brand new heated pool with spa. Surrounded in a red brick patio, it overlooks the palm tree lined dock and waterway.

The three beautiful bathrooms include a master with lots of glass, mirrors, a gigantic black Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, bidet and split vanities. The huge master bedroom is has a platform bed with blond wood head and foot boards. Three of the four guest rooms have beds big enough for two, and the fifth has a sleeper sofa.

Other amenities include a circular driveway that holds any cars not parked in the garage.
