Everything in this villa is new! All mattress are brand new Pillowtop top of the line mattress; all beds have new down duvet covers and designer sheets; towels are brand new; all new kitchen appliances, plates, glasses, pots and pans.
Media room boasts 55 inch flat screen TV with new DVD player, Direct TV and surround sound stereo. The home also has a new stereo with CD player with speakers throughout the interior and exterior.
